Root Cause Healing for Women and Families
Build a healthy, thriving life without chasing fads, shortcuts, & bandaid solutions
This isn’t just a natural version of traditional medical care, it is a radically different approach that builds results meant to last.
This is anti-trend medicine.
While there are times when we just need to eliminate symptoms quickly, the vast majority of care is rooted in foundational support and restructuring of your patterns in order to create a flourishing, healthy life that comes naturally to you.
Patient care and support extends beyond a one-hour visit and allows for real-time changes to your treatments, accountability for your struggles, and support for your questions.
It’s hard to feel like you’re constantly fighting against your body, while fighting for a doctor to care about it.
I get it because I’ve been there. I grew up constantly sick and injured — IBS, asthma, migraines, PMS, broken bones — you name it I probably struggled with it. Doctors kept missing pieces of the puzzle leading to bandaid treatments with no real resolution.
In high school, my struggle with mental health nearly ended my life, which is when I first encountered Jesus. He healed my mental health and led me to this path of naturopathic medicine. Through my education I was finally able to find relief from the things that wreaked havoc on my body for years.
But you shouldn’t have to spend 4 years getting a doctorate to finally find the healing you’ve been looking for.
That’s why I’m so passionate about spending time getting to know you, listening to your story, and finding the root of your symptoms.
Symptoms aren’t something to silence, they’re messengers giving us information on your body if we’re smart enough to listen.
I firmly believe every patient who walks through my door is here for a reason. I’m not magic, I’m just a girl who’s been there too. I can’t do the healing for you, but I will support, teach, & supply every resource while you do.
I don’t do anything half-speed or half-hearted.
I’m a doctor, mom, and (semi) retired athlete who understands the rigorous demand of busy schedules, high level training, and a strong mindset.

Hey! I’m Dr. Ann Music
Naturopathic doctor, anatomy professor, wife, mom, athlete, & follower of Jesus – I wear a lot of hats, just like you.
Throughout my education and clinical experience, there was a constant emphasis on the concept of treating “mind, body, & spirit”. I heard it over and over again, but I never actually saw anyone deal with the spirit piece of patients’ health.
As a doctor, I knew this needed to be addressed to really pursue whole-person care. As a Christian I knew this was a unique gap that needed to be filled, because healthcare apart from Christ’s supernatural healing seems neglectful. For me, this often looks like encouraging patients to grow in their faith & recommending Christ-centered resources, but also praying with and for the patients on my calendar.
I firmly believe every patient that fills my schedule is brought there for a reason and none of it is by accident.
I created this clinic because as a provider, I knew I didn’t want fast-paced, jam-packed schedules that led to churning patient visits out. I wanted the freedom to be a doctor who sits with patients like a friend over coffee. I also wanted a brand that leaves me room to breathe - like I teach my patients - so I can keep being a wife, mother, athlete, and my identity doesn’t become my career. This allows me to stay authentic to who I am and connect better with my patients. I believe doctors who stay human and are able to prioritize their own lives give impeccable care.
The philosophy behind the practice
Naturopathic medicine has some insane tools to offer, but I noticed more and more providers forgetting about the basics. I saw physicians offering protocols, supplements, and injections alone as the “solutions” – but that’s just a natural version of “a pill for every ill” we all studied so hard to get away from. Of course I use natural therapies like herbal medicine, homeopathy, acupuncture (and more), but I knew I had to help patients get back to basics so these therapies weren’t their lifeline. Instead, these therapies become short term tools to get back on track.
As a former coach, I know that the fundamentals matter more than the flashy things that look exciting from the outside – they’re what carry you when things get tough.
I know that training someone for one hour once per month isn’t going to get them the results they want, but daily discipline with support will.
That’s why I bring a little bit of the sports coaching perspective to medicine. I help patients get back to the fundamentals of health so they can truly live better, only using the flashy stuff when necessary, and I don’t go months without talking to patients – I go days.
Out of the Office
The real & random stuff about the doctor behind your care
Let’s work together
Appointment types
New Patient Deep Dive
60 minutes of 1:1 time to get to know you, your medical history, and your goals. This will set the framework for your care going forward! This is required as the first visit for all new patients.
Established Patient Follow Up
30 minutes of 1:1 time to check on your progress and assess any new concerns that may have popped up. This is our opportunity to modify your care plan if things aren’t working as well as we want!
Well Child Checks
45 minute visits to ensure your little one is meeting milestones and staying healthy. We’ll do a thorough physical exam and take time to answer any questions you might have about their current age or the next phase to come – we don’t leave anything out.
Acupuncture
30 minute sessions that will help support your body’s stress, pain, recovery and more. While acupuncture alone provides immense benefits, a deep dive is required first so we can provide you with well-rounded care & more valuable results
What it looks like to work together
How we roll & who we’re for
Step 1:
We’ll take a deep dive into your health history and current daily life. After our hour-long visit you’ll walk away with a clear outline of initial changes you can make before any lab results come back. We’ll perform in depth bloodwork, & often functional labs, to get the data behind your body. This plus our intake gives us the whole picture!
Step 3:
You’ll have a follow up every month at the start to ensure your plan is working well and we’re moving in the right direction. My goal is to teach you the fundamentals before we get to the juicy stuff so you can build consistency on your own. I’m here to help you build the base, then treat the illness, then let you fly free. I don’t want lifelong patients who are never discharged — that means I’m doing something wrong.
Step 2:
Once your results are in, we’ll have an appointment designated to lab review where you’ll receive a thorough analysis and time to ask any lingering questions. This visit is where you’ll typically receive your finalized plan that includes additional naturopathic support.
Step 4:
Through our memberships, you answer weekly check-ins which allows consistent insight and accountability into your care. You can also send a direct message any time - rather than relying on “Dr. Google”.
This process takes time and commitment on your part. It’s not a quick stop for bandaid solutions - we’re building lasting change here!
We’re likely a good fit if you’re internally driven to make changes, want to stop making excuses or using your illness as an identity, and are ready to find a peaceful rhythm that fits your life. You’re in the right place if you’re the type of person who enjoys a fun beverage, finding joy in the little moments, and having a “bring them with” attitude towards kids.
However if you’re looking to keep the “boss babe” energy, wear busyness & stress as a badge of honor, or want a supplement that will cure all, this is not the best place for you.
BACK TO THE BASICS OF BETTER HEALTH
Now that we’ve gotten to know each other a bit better
Why not check out how we can work together to find real solutions personalized for you.
